In addition, many of the materials that we use are backed by their own quality guarantees.
Sure. The metal that we use, for example, is backed by a 40-year warranty. The flooring used in our buildings features a limited lifetime warranty. Roll up doors are covered by a 10-year warranty. Like all guarantees, exclusions apply, but that should provide a general idea of the quality level of the materials that we’re using.
Yes, we offer free delivery with a 50-mile radius of our address. Paid delivery is also available for those outside of the free delivery area.
It actually depends on the size of your building. On average, we’ll need anywhere from 13 – 15′ of vertical clearance and a horizontal clearance that’s at least 2′ wider than your respective building.
In-stock buildings can typically be delivered with 1 – 2 weeks from the time of order. Custom buildings, on the other hand, can take anywhere from 3 – 10 weeks, depending on the time of year.
In most cases, we work directly with the customer to pick a time that best suits their schedule.
We accept cash, check and credit card payments. There’s no fee for credit card payments.
Yes, we offer flexible, rent-to-own financing with a 3 months same as cash option.
Yes, there’s a 5% cash price down payment required on rent-to-own financing, so a $3,000 shed would require a $150 down payment.
